About
Haircuts for Hearts is a fundraising event hosted by one of Connecticut’s top salons, Captiva, who will offer $25 haircuts with 100% of the proceeds being donated to the JoeAbate Charitable Foundation for the care of Congenital Heart Families.

The Cause
Congenital Heart Defects affects not only a child, but also the well-being of the whole family. It leaves behind a wound that seems impossible to mend again. Contributions ensure financial and emotional care for families with a child in Yale New Haven Hospital’s Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
